Atomic Veterans

The video below is a documentary called “Atomic Soldiers,” directed by Morgan Knibbe. It features the stories of Atomic Veterans who witnessed above-ground nuclear weapons tests. Atomic Veterans were sworn to secrecy by the US government until 1996. This version of the film was included in The Atlantic Selects, an online showcase of short documentaries from independent creators, curated by The Atlantic.
